1. About Charge Bazar

Charge Bazar is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers. We provide the platform; sellers are responsible for their product listings, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment unless otherwise stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a customer or seller account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Orders may be cancelled or refused due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice for future orders. Payment must be completed through approved methods on the platform.

4. Product Information

We strive for accurate listings, but sellers provide most product details. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the delivered item. If a product is materially misdescribed, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Charge Bazar.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Do not post false, harmful, infringing, or illegal content
• Do not scrape, spam, or disrupt the marketplace
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Sellers must list only genuine products they are authorized to sell

6. Intellectual Property

Charge Bazar branding, site design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Sellers retain rights to their own product content but grant us a license to display it for marketplace operations. You may not copy or reuse our materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charge Bazar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or products purchased from sellers. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or, if none, one hundred Taka (৳100 BDT).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Charge Bazar operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with our support team; unresolved disputes may be brought in competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of Charge Bazar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
