Refund Policy

1. Return Window

Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included. Some sellers may offer a longer return window, which will be noted on the product page.

2. Eligible Returns

• Wrong item received or incomplete package
• Damaged or defective products on arrival
• Products that do not match the listing description in a material way
• Change of mind for eligible non-restricted items (buyer may pay return shipping)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Opened personal care or hygiene products
• Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable content
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products without original packaging, seals, or proof of purchase

4. How to Request a Return

If you need help, contact support@example.com with your order number and photos of any damage.

• Sign in to your account and open the relevant order
• Select the item and choose a return reason
• Follow the instructions to schedule pickup or drop-off
• Pack the item securely and include any return slip provided

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our or the seller’s error. Partial refunds may apply if items are returned incomplete or show signs of use beyond inspection.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order when stock is available. If you need a different size, color, or model, place a new order and return the original item under this policy.

7. Seller-Specific Policies

Charge Bazar is a multi-vendor marketplace. Individual sellers may have additional return terms that still meet or exceed this policy. Where a seller policy conflicts with this page in a way that is less favorable to buyers, this Refund Policy applies.
